What exactly do you mean by reclaiming Session Road? :)
Would be interested to have a discussion - I'm writing a dissertation on Session Road's possibilities on pedestrianisation.
I have always considered Session Road as the perfect representation of what Baguio is all about - this is where one would never fail to bump into a friend, get a feel of what's going on in the city just by being there... but in recent years the road has been overwhelmed by pollution and commercial billboards... sadly... when i took the photo: just the dancers and the road: no signs, no cars... i thought it represented the idea of the people taking back session road from the revages of overcommercialization and a distorted sense of what development is r ought to be...
